PROSTO will help affected hromadas to restore access to services

One of the priorities of the Swedish-Ukrainian project PROSTO " Support to Service Accessibility in Ukraine" is crisis support for hromadas in restoring public service delivery and ASCs. With this announcement, the Project is now accepting applications from the affected hromadas of Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Odesa and Chernihiv oblasts.

PROSTO offers institutional and material support to restore residents' access to services in the following areas:

  • Expert consultations,

  • Trainings,

  • Consultations and training for starostas,

  • Psychological support,

  • Exchange of experience/staff support,

  • Consultations on gender practices,

  • Support in citizens engagement and information sharing,,

  • Mobile ASC vehicle to deliver services (a car and a mobile suitcase),

  • Equipment to resume service delivery.

The application can be submitted until 15 May at the following link: https://prosto.in.ua/ua/support.

The application can be submitted by affected hromadas of these oblasts, regardless of having established an ASC in the hromada before the full-scale invasion. The amount of support will be determined based on individual needs of each hromada and available resources of the Project.
